HubSpot CRM price in Brazil: plans, seats and invoice

Executive verdict: HubSpot CRM holds the entire commercial operation in a single record. It is worth it for whoever runs two or more hubs and needs centralized identity. It is not worth it for a five-person funnel. The trade-off is licensing: each hub charges its own seat ladder, Sales Hub Professional starts at US$ 100 per seat on monthly billing, and the first tier with SSO requires US$ 1,500 in onboarding.

HubSpot CRM costs US$ 0 for up to two users. Starter charges US$ 20 per seat monthly and US$ 7 annual. Sales Hub Professional starts at US$ 100 monthly, with US$ 1,500 in onboarding. List prices in dollars, read on 06/11/2026, before câmbio (the exchange rate applied to the contract) and tax.

Facts for the decision

  • Free: US$ 0 per month, up to 2 users, no SSO (reading of 06/11/2026).
  • Starter: US$ 20 per seat monthly and US$ 7 annual, with 1,000 marketing contacts and 500 credits.
  • Sales Hub Professional: US$ 100 monthly and US$ 90 annual per seat, plus a one-time US$ 1,500 onboarding.
  • Sales Hub Enterprise: US$ 150 per seat monthly, plus a one-time US$ 3,500 onboarding.
  • Marketing Hub Professional: from US$ 800 per month on annual billing, with 3 core seats, plus a one-time US$ 3,000 onboarding.
  • SSO SAML: appears at the Professional and Enterprise levels of the five hubs and does not appear on Free or Starter on the page read on 06/11/2026.

How much does HubSpot CRM cost on each plan?

Four tiers, three billing units. Free stops at two users. Starter charges US$ 20 per seat monthly and US$ 7 annual. Sales Hub Professional charges US$ 100 and US$ 90 with US$ 1,500 in onboarding, and Enterprise on the same hub, US$ 150 with US$ 3,500.

The query that brings the buyer in is "HubSpot CRM price", and it also arrives written as "price per user"; this article uses seat because that is the unit the official page charges, and the difference between the two forms shows up in the next section.

Starter carries no hub qualifier because the page read presents it as an entry platform, on a single tier; from Professional up, each hub has its own price.

The Starter page advertises up to 65% off for new customers on annual billing, and Sales Hub Professional, on the same date, shows a 10% difference between monthly and annual; the asymmetry is the most useful data in the table, because the most attractive number in the shop window is the one least likely to survive renewal. Whoever projects year two with the year one price errs by a factor they do not control.

The difference between Starter and Sales Hub Professional, on monthly billing, is five times per seat: US$ 20 against US$ 100. On annual, it is 12.9 times: US$ 7 against US$ 90.

Neither multiplier appears in the shop window, and both arrive on the invoice.

The promotional bundle's anchor, US$ 95, is not the main table's, US$ 100. Five dollars per seat of difference is the detail the proposal has to close in writing, because the page does not say which of the two anchors holds at renewal, and both promotional rows exist only on annual billing.

What changes when billing is per seat?

Free ends at two users. From the third on, the whole ladder is billed per seat, and a seat is one user's licence inside a hub. With 5 seats on annual, Starter costs US$ 420 and Sales Hub Professional costs US$ 5,400 plus US$ 1,500 in onboarding.

The hub is the variable that disappears from the commercial conversation: a second area requires the second licence, with its own onboarding.

SeatsStarter, monthly billingStarter, annual billingSales Hub Professional, monthlySales Hub Professional, annual, with onboarding in year one
5US$ 100/month (US$ 1,200/year)US$ 35/month (US$ 420/year)US$ 500/month (US$ 6,000/year)US$ 450/month (US$ 5,400/year) plus US$ 1,500, total of US$ 6,900
50US$ 1,000/month (US$ 12,000/year)US$ 350/month (US$ 4,200/year)US$ 5,000/month (US$ 60,000/year)US$ 4,500/month (US$ 54,000/year) plus US$ 1,500, total of US$ 55,500

The numbers above are the published prices multiplied out, with no tax, no conversion and no negotiated discount. The plan decision weighs more than the seat decision when the comparison stays on the same billing cycle: on annual, fifty seats on Starter cost US$ 4,200 against US$ 5,400 for five seats on Sales Hub Professional, with no onboarding at either end; on monthly the relation inverts, US$ 12,000 against US$ 6,000.

Ten people on Sales Hub Professional, on annual billing, add up to US$ 900 per month and US$ 10,800 per year, plus US$ 1,500 in onboarding, which closes year one at US$ 12,300. The same ten people also using Marketing Hub need a second ladder.

The Marketing Hub values come from the Marketing Hub pricing page, read on 06/11/2026, which publishes the annual entry, the core seats included and the additional seat at each level.

Marketing HubEntry price on annual billingCore seats includedAdditional seat
ProfessionalUS$ 800 per month3US$ 45 per month
EnterpriseUS$ 3,600 per month5US$ 75 per month

With 3 core seats included, the remaining 7 people cost US$ 45 each, which takes Marketing Hub Professional to US$ 1,115 per month and US$ 13,380 per year, plus US$ 3,000 in onboarding. The first year of both hubs adds up to US$ 28,680, or 2.3 times the US$ 12,300 of a single hub's first year.

Seat is the visible unit. Marketing contact is the unit that grows by itself. The Starter rule ties the two: the sending ceiling equals five times the contact tier per month, with domain authentication, and a tier of 1,000 contacts corresponds to 5,000 monthly sends. More seats do not widen the tier, and widening the tier does not widen the team.

The price of the tier above the included one is not published on the page read on 06/11/2026. The grid shows that the tier exists, but not what it costs, and that gap blocks any closed twelve-month projection before the proposal.

Credit is the third unit, measured separately from the seat. The fourth is onboarding, which follows the hub chosen and is charged once per contract.

UnitWhat it measuresWhere it appearsWhat happens when it overflows
Seathow many people reach the base, per hub contractedthe whole paid ladder, from US$ 20 to US$ 150 per seata new per-seat charge in the following cycle
Marketing contact tierhow many contacts the base holdsStarter includes 1,000; above that the price is not publishedthe proposal sets the overage, and the sending ceiling follows the tier
Onboardingthe initial implementation, charged once, with a value per hubSales Hub Professional, US$ 1,500; Sales Hub Enterprise, US$ 3,500it does not overflow: it is mandatory and lands at the door
Creditconsumption of resources metered by the vendorStarter, 500; Enterprise structure, 10,000consumption above the package, with price to be confirmed in the product and services catalog

Each vendor picks a unit and builds the ladder on top of it. Workspace member with a block limit is the logic of Notion price in Brazil: plans in dollars and contracting in reais with a nota fiscal; a user ladder per product is the one in Jira price in Brazil: dollars or reais with a nota fiscal?; event volume is the one in Sentry price in Brazil: dollars or reais with a nota fiscal?. Comparing HubSpot with any of the three by seat misleads.

Why is onboarding charged separately?

Onboarding is an implementation item, charged once and mandatory at the Professional and Enterprise levels of each hub. On Sales Hub, the official page lists US$ 1,500 on Professional and US$ 3,500 on Enterprise; on Marketing Hub, the hub page lists US$ 3,000 and US$ 7,000. The value follows the hub, not the size of the team.

On Sales Hub monthly billing, with 5 seats, the subscription adds up to US$ 6,000 in the first year and the US$ 1,500 onboarding accounts for 20% of the total. With 10 seats, it drops to 11.1%. With 50, to 2.4%.

With five seats, onboarding accounts for 20% of year one, and it is the line the buyer sees first. It happens once; the tax layer of contracting in dollars comes back every year. At ten seats, onboarding is the smaller of the two lines.

Five seats on Sales Hub Professional, on annual, cost US$ 6,900 in the first year, against US$ 420 for annual Starter: 16.4 times, the same billing cycle on both sides and onboarding included on the Professional side.

The way to look at it is cash in year one, not cost diluted across thirty-six months of a contract whose term the proposal has not fixed yet.

At ten seats on Sales Hub Professional under monthly billing, the US$ 1,500 onboarding equals a month and a half of paid subscription before the first user logs in, and that is the number the budget committee questions.

When does SSO force a plan upgrade?

SAML single sign-on appears in Marketing, Sales, Service, Data and Content Hub, only at the Professional and Enterprise levels, according to HubSpot's official knowledge base consulted on 06/11/2026. Free and Starter have no SSO. With ten people, Sales Hub Professional costs US$ 12,000 in the year of monthly billing, plus US$ 1,500 in onboarding.

HubSpot CRM seat management panel showing View-Only, Core, Developer, Sales, Service, and Commerce seats

SSO does not appear on Starter on the pricing page read on 06/11/2026, and no standalone SSO offer appeared in the same reading. Whoever needs SSO buys the whole Professional tier, and the automation that comes with it only pays for itself when the team puts it into production.

The ten-person bill shows the size of the step. On annual Starter, ten seats cost US$ 840 per year. On annual Sales Hub Professional, they cost US$ 10,800, plus US$ 1,500 in onboarding: 14.6 times, same billing cycle and onboarding included. On monthly billing, the comparison is US$ 2,400 against US$ 13,500, or 5.6 times.

When the requirement comes from a customer contract or from security due diligence, it is not negotiated with the CRM vendor. Either the plan goes up, or the requirement falls, and the second option costs the renegotiation of the contract that created the requirement.

The decision gets cheaper when it is made before the pilot. Discovering SAML at the procurement table, with the team already on Starter, costs the difference between US$ 840 and US$ 12,300 in the first year.

How much does it cost to contract HubSpot CRM in Brazil?

There is no price in reais published in this round. The cost in Brazil is a formula: subscription in dollars, effective conversion, payment method fee, the tax layer on the import, withholding at source and the fiscal document. Each variable closes in the proposal and with the accountant, never on the pricing page.

cost in Brazil = (dollar price × seats × months)
               + onboarding
+ effective conversion and payment method fee
+ tax layer on the import, recurring every year
+ withholding at source, when the contract is net
               - credits admitted under the company's tax regime

A subscription in dollars is the only variable already settled. The others depend on documents the buyer does not have while reading the pricing page, and a number in reais without a proposal is a guess with the appearance of a calculation.

Effective conversion is the rate the bank applies at settlement, with the spread of the operation, not the headline of the day. Payment method cost is the bank fee and the card charge. The IOF-câmbio stays out of that line: it is a federal tax on the exchange operation, with a rate set by decree, and it belongs in the tax layer.

The tax layer dominates the decision, not onboarding. In this project's calculation model, that layer falls between 24.1% and 47.8% on the licensed amount, depending on the tax classification of the activity, and returns every year the contract runs. On the US$ 10,800 of Sales Hub Professional with ten seats on annual, that is roughly US$ 2,600 to US$ 5,200 per year, against US$ 1,500 of onboarding paid once. Neither figure is your CNPJ's (the Brazilian company registration number) rate: they mark the model's range, and the proposal with the accountant closes the value.

Withholding at source is the line the proposal almost never names. The 15% IRRF (the Brazilian withholding income tax on remittances) is never creditable by the payer, and the market contract is usually net: the vendor receives the full amount, the tax comes on top and the base is grossed up under art. 786 of RIR/2018, which adds 17.6% to the face value of each remittance.

The tax classification is the variable that most changes the result and the one that appears least in the commercial conversation: under the end-buyer regime, treatment as a technical service is the majority case, the segregated pure licence is the exception, and consulting arrangements designed for a distributor do not reach this purchase. A contract that segregates nothing carries the incidence on the whole.

Taxes whose rate depends on the concrete case apply over that classification. No fixed rate enters this bill and no credit is promised: what exists is the possibility that the regime admits credit, confirmed with whoever signs the assessment.

An international invoice is not a Brazilian nota fiscal (the local electronic service invoice). A document issued by a foreign entity, in dollars, does not generate an NFS-e by CNPJ. The purchase remains possible; what changes is the reconciliation and the evidence base. The credit, where the company's regime admits it, is proven by the import operation and by what was actually paid on it, not by the kind of document the vendor issues.

Contracting in reais, when an enabled channel exists, swaps the exchange variable for a fixed price in reais. Billing currency and issuer jurisdiction are two variables: billing in reais does not, by itself, produce a Brazilian document, and the signatory still defines the kind of document. That swap is verified in the proposal, with the contracting entity and the document named. The catalog proves that the software is HubSpot CRM, not a commercial relationship, a discount, a resale or acceptance of boleto (bank slip) and Pix (instant payment).

The cost structure used here is the one in How to calculate the total cost of buying SaaS from a foreign vendor, applied to HubSpot: dollar price at the base, conversion and tax in the middle, fiscal document at the end. For real administrative effort, reading user reports says more than any price page.

Which plan serves each type of purchase?

Three archetypes decide the plan before the price. A small sales squad, with no identity requirement, stays on Starter. A company with a contractual single sign-on requirement moves up to Sales Hub Professional and pays onboarding. A revenue operation at scale, with more than one hub and credit consumption, only closes its bill on Enterprise. The classification uses the values of 06/11/2026.

Sales squad of 3 to 8 people, with no single sign-on requirementStarterUS$ 20 or US$ 7 per seat, plus the contact tierthat the 1,000-contact tier covers the pipeline and that the sending ceiling follows the tierwhen the customer or legal already requires SAML

The archetype decides the plan, and the plan decides the price. A squad of three to eight people with no identity requirement does not pay five times per seat on monthly billing, and a company with a single sign-on requirement does not insist on Starter.

Each hub contracted charges its own seat ladder, and that is what separates the US$ 12,300 of Sales Hub alone from the US$ 28,680 of Sales Hub with Marketing Hub in the first year, for the same ten people.

Above 50 seats with more than one hub, the contact tier and the credit enter the second-year bill, because neither is priced on the pricing page.

HubSpot CRM is not the right purchase when the team has two people and will not grow, because Free solves it and any paid tier destroys the economics. Nor is it when the identity requirement appears at five seats and a Starter budget. In those two cases, the honest decision is to postpone or reduce scope.

How to check the proposal and prepare for renewal?

The check fits in one table and three documents. Seats per hub, contact tier, onboarding, billing cycle, currency, contracting entity, fiscal document, credit, renewal and notice. Whatever is not named in the proposal becomes cost in the second year, when the negotiating margin has already been spent.

The order matters. Each item on the list below returns a line of the proposal or a clause of the contract, and whatever cannot be read in one of the two documents is not yet contracted.

  1. Ask for the proposal with seats separated by hub and the unit price on each line.
  2. Check the contracted contact tier and the price of the tier above it.
  3. Check onboarding as its own line, with scope, hub and the moment of the charge.
  4. Compare monthly and annual by the first-year total, not by the price per seat.
  5. Read the contract: entity, currency, fiscal document, withholding, renewal and notice window.
  6. Record the decision with the three documents and the name of whoever approved each line.

How to check that the bill adds up

Redo the multiplication with the proposal's numbers: seats times unit price times twelve, plus onboarding. If the proposal's annual total divided by seats and by twelve does not return the quoted unit price, one unit moved along the way, and the next question is which one changed places. Ask for the answer in writing before signing.

The four mistakes that show up most

The first is comparing monthly Starter with annual Professional, which inverts the conclusion about the size of the step. The second is forgetting onboarding in the first year. The third is counting seats from one hub when the team uses three. The fourth is treating the promotional price as the renewal price.

Frequently asked questions

Is HubSpot CRM billed per user or per contact?

Both, in separate units. The seat defines how many people use it; the contact tier defines how many contacts the base holds. Starter includes 1,000 contacts and charges US$ 20 per seat on monthly billing, in the reading of 06/11/2026. Above the included tier, the price needs a proposal.

Does the free plan serve a company?

It serves up to two users, without a credit card, with the base tools for marketing, sales, service, content and data. From the third user on the decision stops being free, and Free has no SSO. For a founding duo, it works. For a team with an identity requirement, it does not.

Is onboarding really mandatory?

Yes, on the plans where it appears. The Sales Hub pricing page lists US$ 1,500 on Professional and US$ 3,500 on Enterprise, charged once and marked as mandatory on 06/11/2026; Marketing Hub charges US$ 3,000 and US$ 7,000. It is not waived on your own initiative; it is cash in year one.

Does HubSpot issue a Brazilian nota fiscal?

It was not verified in this round. The official invoice and tax pages were not confirmed, and an international invoice in dollars is not proof of an NFS-e. Whoever needs the local document must require, in the proposal, the contracting entity and the kind of fiscal document.

Is it worth contracting in reais?

It depends on three numbers that only the proposal delivers: conversion and payment method, the tax treatment of the classification and the credit admitted under the company's regime. When the sum exceeds the premium of a local contract, the reais path wins, as long as the proposal names who issues the document. Without the three, the comparison is opinion.

References and Further Reading

Five official pages support the numbers above. All were read on 06/11/2026, and a price that changes after that date invalidates the comparison until a new reading is done, because the pricing page is the only source this article recognises for a published value.

Conditional decision and contracting channel to evaluate

Conditional decision. Up to two users, with no identity requirement, Free solves it. From three on without SSO, annual Starter is the tier with the best ratio between price and capacity. With a contractual single sign-on requirement, the budget is born on Sales Hub Professional, with US$ 1,500 in onboarding in the first year, because that tier is not bought by halves.

Document checklist. The decision is only closed when three documents are on the table: the proposal with seats per hub, contact tier and onboarding on separate lines; the contract with contracting entity, settlement currency, fiscal document, withholding at source, renewal term and notice window; and the accountant's confirmation on the classification of the operation and the credit admitted. Without the three, the bill is an estimate.

The channel to evaluate is the Nexforce Marketplace, because that is where contracting in reais can be compared with the subscription in dollars. The comparison is worth whatever the proposal and the document confirmation support: this page does not promise a price in reais, a discount, a resale or a local nota fiscal.
